Bottle, 75cl, 6.5% according to the label. Color: Hazy pink, light pink head. Aroma: Beetroot, vegetable, earthy. Taste: Beetroot, very earthy, some hop, some citrus. Subtle yeasty funk. Moderate sour, light to moderate bitter and light sweetness. Earthy beetroot finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Slightly foamy mouthfeel. Interesting brew, I like the idea of using beetroot. Pretty nice but a little too earthy in my opinion. A bit like eating your poorly washed beetroot with still some earth on it.

Wild festival. Hazy pink/purple. Beetroot juice. Liquid salad. With some alcohol. Beetjuice. Very vegetal and farty. Blood, wet earthy, worms. Moderate sweet and sour. "Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, don't you think this fermentation bit has done got outta hand?"

Sampled at Wild Festival Groningen. Bright neon dark pink with flashing neon pink head which doesn’t last long. Some Bokke person said it’s amazing. Huge beetroot nose, sour beetroot juice, light earthy funk. Medium sour, light bitter. Under medium bodied, beetroot finish. Oh yeah this is for the beetroot lovers. Pretty cool.

Golden ale? No way, this is just the stuff that remains when you eat a jar of precooked beets. Bright red, sticky, sweet, beetroot juice. Just a hint of sourness, and something earthy. Different, but really not for me.

Smakprov på Brewskival 2019. Varmrosa klar vätska. Otroligt mycket rödbetor i både doft och smak. Doften är precis som nykokta rödbetor, lite jordig smak precis som betorna smakar men också väldigt friskt och fräscht men fin syrlighet och lite citrussmak. Riktigt gott.Bästa rödbetsölet!

On tap at Fakin Craft Fest 2019. Cherry syrup like coloured, small to medium sized pink/purple head, beetroot nose. Light cherries, beetroot, quite earthy and touch of vegetables with again beetroot in the finish. Interesting indeed but no thanks again.
