Golden color. Almost vinous aronma with caramel and a touch of dust. Slightly hoppy, malky caramelly, marzipan flavor, again with a vinous character. A soft but earthy hoppiness in the aftertaste.

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top. [ As Liebharts Residenz Bio Dinkel ].ABV: 4.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spelt - wheat - grain. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary - cereal, spelt - wheat - grain, wheat. Bottle, 4.4%. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, corn and hop. Flavour is malt, grainy, corn, medium sweet, little apple and a little bitter.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Soapy notes. Light bitter flavor. Short light bitter finish. watery palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, bread, caramel and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Pale rusty water color. Aroma of cooked cereals and green apples. Sweetish and grainy flavor with cereals and a slightly bitter finish. Light-bodied.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, some nice floral and fruity notes as well. Flavour is a bit grainy, fruity, toffeeish, floral and quite not-too-sweet-nectary notes.
