Flasa z obchodu. Vona na zaciatku silna akoby po trave. Po chvili uz necitit. Farba bleda pwna nedrzi. V chuti len alkohol a nie prijemna horkost. silno sklamalo.

A long story, but a bottle at home. Corn, cardboard, some malt and not as bad as I was expecting. It should have been colder and I can see why people have it with lime as that will at least give it some flavour.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow. Nose is citrus, orange. Palate is lemony, straw, wheat, Malt backbone. Not as bad as I thought, had with lime.

330ml bottle. Very pale. Honey, peach, syrup. Fine. Quite one dimensional. No complexity at all.

Surprised at how drinkable this beer is, considering the stupidity of using a clear bottle and the overall limpness in every aspect except for the texture. But maybe Corona strikes the right hipster nostalgia chord, mixing a grainy pale malt sweetness with apple esters and a corn-n-nonspecific hop finish. Maybe I’m feeling generous after closing the night out with Knee Deep’s Breaking Bud. Whatever the reason, Corona’s not terrible. Not good, no, but easy to take down, and a helluva lot more manageable than most BMC swill.
