Can at home. Pours super hazy, Wheaty, straw colour. Aroma is very hoppy, lots of herbal hops, juicy. Smooth mouthfeel, medium body. Flavour is somewhat malty, quite sweet, lots of earthy and herbal hops, juicy with citrus notes, tropical fruit with mango and papaya. Low bitterness. Quite spice driven. Finishes very dry. Lovely dry NEIPA. Mine was slightly past the date, probably would have been a bit more fruity otherwise. A bit of hops burn unfortunately, otherwise really nice.

Can sourced from Beerdome - hazy golden yellow with a white head. Fruity with notes of pineapple and grapefruit, medium juicy, some light malts, a touch sharp and some bitterness, light yeasty note, medium body, light hop burn, young green assertive hoppy finish.

Draught Looks like thick pressed pineapplejuice with a medium, dense whipped eggwhite head. Dry hops, fruity esters, hopbales, artichoke, peach, nectarine aromas. Bitter(ish) - diary hints; vegetable & fruity esters; bananapeel notes. Bit burning MF. Yeast- & hopoilslick. Medium carbonation. Not really innovating. B.T.D.T.

Can. Very hazy whitish gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, a biting fine minerally crispness. Slightly thin malts still bring a reasonable sweetness. Fair dose of hop spice. Cooling piney hops. Right, I know what Bru-1 tastes like so what does this new hop Callisto's, taste like? Well not too sure really. There is y bright tropical fruits vibe here but fairly subsumed by a flinty spicy minerally hop thing, some bitterness. What's left after that? Light touches of peach and pineapple. Light crisp flinty spicy finish. Hmmm. A good beer in here somewhere, somewhat masked by an overly tangy flinty vibe. Perhaps trying to hard to be a NE IPA.

Pours unclear yellow, medium to small white head. Smell is mildly tropical, citrussy zest. Dank. Taste is sharp, fairly creamy, with a sharp edge. Hoppowder ( no burn ) , rather tropical. Bitter ( to the max for the style, but acceptable ) finish. In balance, would enjoy even more with more creamyness and hoparoma.
