Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, malt, yeast and light hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a murky golden colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, slightly watery, light fruity, mineral, light floral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Taster at the brewpub. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- fruity, tropical fruit, pale plums, a bit herbal and rooty. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Not bad.

Planke med 6 øl i hagen på Himawari, første dagen i Phnom Penh mars-19: lett uklar lys gylden med fint skum som varer. Fruktig og lettdrikkelig i 38C og med flott utsikt til Mekong-floden! Grønne druer, tropiske frukter, fiken og mild citrus. Behagelig bitterhet i finishen.

Hazy golden. Aroma is lime grass sugar barley. Pleasant. Taste is fresh Sour doughy malt. Some bubblegum. Drinkable. Decent.

On tap at Himawari, pours a hazy pale golden with a large white head. Aroma brings out light floral hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is laid back, with light floral hops and dry biscuity malt to back. Reasonably balanced, with a fairly dry palate. Decent.
