Looks like orange juice. Smells like orange juice. Tastes like a tangerine and orange combo. Note: these new england IPAs all taste the same. No sense in trying to extract anything from them beyond OJ).

On tap-thin offwhite head with trailing lace. A-citrus/peach/some grassy. T-follows.

Draught at the brewery, 3/23/18.
Super turbid, warm-honey-golden-to-orange-juice colored body is topped by a small, white head that fades swiftly to a ring.
Nose is straight orange juice and I'm ok with it. Great leafy, fresh Galaxy adding earth, mineral and lemon. No resin, no alcohol. Malts show typical biscuit-honey and back nicely while staying mostly out of the way.
Spicy cinnamon-like notes mix with plentiful orange juice, in the mouth. Earthy tea character, as well. It's a bit odd and potpourri-like; definitely not the Galaxy spice I'm used to. Perhaps it's a lot of Idaho 7...(seems like it). Nope, turns out there's none of that. Still a bit odd. Perfect texture, however, with an almost gritty-like character at times. Too much yeast and hop particulate leftover, though, would be my guess as to the weirdness going on. Galaxy really emerges on the finish adding leafy, lush, spicy green character. Good and promising but I'd vote for another week in secondary.

6 oz. draft at Schilling. Aroma and flavor are mirrors. The flavor is the lightly grassy, hay, and yeast. Bitterness is in the finish but only lingering very lightly. For a single IPA this actually really nice bitterness. Texture is chewy and yeasty. Could have used a few more days in fermentation but I like it.
