Bottle from a local bottle shop. More of an amber-coloured Bock. Aroma is malty with toasty notes, some caramel, leaves, notes of dried fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet with a relatively bitter finish. Medium body. Somewhere between strong Pale Lager and Dunkler Bock, nicely toasty, enjoyable.

Fles thuis geprobeerd. Het is een oranje bruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een moutige wat caramelachtige geur. De smaak is moutig, caramel en noot achtig.

Bottle. Light amber pour. Aroma of caramelised malt, raisin, figs and orange. Taste has caramelised malt, raisin, figs, yeast, some grapefruit and a malty finish. It is what it is, nothing spectacular.
