Aroma of roasted malt, lots of chocolate, some coffee, lactose, slight hint of orange. Flavour is moderate sweet with a moderate roasty bitter finish. Slightly creamy. Mouthfeel and body are quite satisfactory. Real tasty Stout.

Can from Cotteridge Wines and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a big frothy, short-lived tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, liqouirce, chocolate, light orange citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, slightly oily, coffee, chocolate, liqouirce hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Smooth and with lots going on. A little light for me though.

Can 6.6% as "08" - Black with thin cappuccino head. Aroma has a little orange oil but it doesn't come through strongly in the taste. Texture is pleasantly thick and oily. Light cocoa and dark chocolate and some burnt malt bitterness.
