Heilooër Blond is het eerste Heyloo Bier. Het is een lichtvoetig smakend goudblond bier waar je je in zou kunnen vergissen, want het heeft 7% alcohol! Het is op natuurlijke wijze gebrouwen met behulp van water, gist, diverse mout- en hopsoorten, kandijsuiker en kruiden zoals koriander en karwij. Bijzonder is de toevoeging van bloesem van de lindes rond het Witte Kerkje en hop uit Heiloo.
Een bier met frisse, fruitige en kruidige tonen, waarbij je op bepaalde momenten een bittertje proeft.
Verkrijgbaar in flessen van 33 en 75 cl en fusten van 20 liter.
Aanbevolen drinktemperatuur: 8-12 °C.
EBC waarde: 9, EBU waarde: 23.
Op het flessenetiket is het Witte Kerkje van Heiloo afgebeeld omstreeks 1850. Het betreft een schilderij van Jan Fabius (1820 – 1889), waarvan het origineel zich bevindt in het Réveil-archief van de afdeling Bijzondere Collecties van de Universiteit van Amsterdam. Voor het gebruik van de afbeelding hebben we toestemming gevraagd en gekregen.

Süffiger, deutlich hefiger Beginn mit konstanter Kräuternote, Thymian, wenig Anis. Spritzig, hellmalzig würzig, minimale Bitternoten. Cremig-hefiger Abgang. Nett! 9/11/10/11/7/11

In de tuin uit een flesje. Eerste bier uit Heiloo. Licht troebel gouden kleur, veel wit schuim. Redelijk blond bier, stevig wel in de smaak, haalt het hoge abv er wel uit.

Fles 33cl thuis. Licht bloemig, kandijsuiker, zoetje, bittertje, wat kruidig. Suikers overheersen. (6-2016).

Fonefan 241014. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, hop. Flavour is fruit, malt, hop, berries, alcohol, herbs, sugar, yeast. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Heyloo Bier Heilooër Blond ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, grain, straw, marzipan malt, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, grain, sweet malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20141024]

Bottle. It’s a hazy, yellow-golden beer with some microfloaties and with a dense, off-white head of moderate size. The aroma is quite fruity, but there’s also lots of spent pale malts which I don’t appreciate very much. Some white sugar. It’s medium to full-bodied, with a creamy carbonation, quite dry, even though there’s a good dash of sugar in the flavor. Fruityness and a nice bitterness too, and a lasting finish. A decent one, but too grainy. 141024

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 241014

Bottle 330ml @ fonefan
Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, yeast and a faint hint of chlorine. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long malty, caramel, and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle at Craig’s. Gusher. Pours hazy gold with a big bubbly head. Aromas of sour apples, almonds and yeast. Taste is more of the same. Ditched it.
