A Berliner Weisse from Cambodia. At 5% the ABV is quite high for the style but the flavour stays pretty true to the style. Some yeast sediment floating around. It's a very simple beer with no complex layers but very tasty.

Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of pineapple, citrus and light lactic notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Bottle at Embargo, Phnom Penh. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is yeasty, pineapple citrus. The flavour is moderate sour, with a light, crisp, juicy citrus palate with hints of lactose. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.
