Ängöl Blåbärliner är en syrlig veteöl smaksatt med blåbär. Vi syrar sötvörten med Lactobacillus plantarum, efteråt kokar vi den och tillsätter humle. Under lagring adderar vi sedan blåbären.

(Bottle) Reddish amber colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of blueberries, pink grapefruit, red-currant and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with blueberries, cherries, lingonberries and white bread. No bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a fairly mild acidity. Quite nice.

Bottled@Magnus & Mats tasting. Red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is blueberries, some herbal notes. Flavour is blueberries, mild tartness. Somewhat dry palate.

Dark amber with off white head - Sour berry aroma - Malt body with a blueberry flavour - The blueberry flavour with some tart notes goes into the finish - This was nice

Flaska från SB. Ganska lätt och snällt bärad. Friskt syrad, lätt kropp, snäll bärighet.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours red with a slight haze and a lacing, pinkish head. Nose has surprisingly little fruit _ i only sense a subtle lactic tartness. Light body, lively carbonation, subtle tartness and close to NO berry flavor. Guys, you really need to tune up everything in this beer. How the honored previous rater can taste strong blueberry notes beats me. 230120

Nice solid blueberry stuff. Not everyone that use enough blueberries. So it only looks blue. But this one tastes blueberries also. Together with a mellow and fine lactose touch. [Bottle from Systembolaget in Sweden]

Bottle from Systembolaget. Slightly dull sour blueberry smell. Thick maroon apperance. Taste is kettle sour blueberries. Yeasty. It's okay.
