Really not very good. Base beer drinks like a bland insipid lager, though it claims to be a wheat beer - but really there's not much difference. Watermelon flavors are true, but it has no place in beer, doesn't help this beer at all, maybe makes it worse. Maybe it makes the beer palatable to those who don't like beer.

A: Pale hazy yellow and flat with very little head, retention or lace. S: Light straw, yeast and apple or pear. T: Tart and slightly bitter with hints of fruit but not necessarily watermelon. Maybe strawberry. Some wheat comes through. M: Feels more spritely than it looks with light body and clean finish. O: Admittedly not a favored style but at least ther's no banana or clove flavors. Not bad if you can get past the sallow look.

Can pour into shaker pint glass from Hannaford. Appearance is hazy, pale yellow with greenish tinge, trace sparkle, finger-width fizzy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is wheat, light watermelon. Taste is as aroma with stronger watermelon. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, this doesn't offend but is a real lightweight. Nothing standing out to make in noteworthy.

Can. Aroma of wheat, soft tart, yeast and water melon. Taste has lots of watermelon, mild soft tart, wheat and yeast ester. Funny, but refreshing.

Watermelon meets beer, aight. Wish it was more watermelon.
Not bad, but I don't taste even a hint of watermelon.

On tap at April Brews Day, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp watermelon and nothing else. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp watermelon notes dominating. For what it is, it's quite nice. Solid.

Draft - Light watermelon and pale malts. Hazy gold yellow with a decent white head. Light sweet watermelon. Bad juice.
