This is how the brewers prefer to drink their beer: when pinching (in German called 'zwicklen') straight from the tank. The beer is cloudy, strong in smell and taste and full-bodied due to the natural ingredients of the raw materials contained in this beer.

Hazy pale golden colour, tall frothy white head, good retention, heavy lacing. Aroma sweet malt, yeast, bread, grassy hops, light lemon, iron. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, grain, grass. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, lingering dry sweetbitter aftertaste, some refreshing, good and even elegant zwickel, very quaffable.

Bottle from Kalea advent calendar 2019. it says unfiltered and it pours with a slight haze. Old gold colour lasting off white head. Yeast bready aroma. Lower carbonation. Good kellerbier, plenty of character, some malty cereal flavour good for the lower carbonation. Some bittereness on the finish. Some decent hop character. Lasting finish. Best so far of the calendar.

Draught@Brewery-tap: Golden, hazy, lively carbonation, very stable fluffy-lacy white head; sweet malt, fresh lemony hops and a fruity tinge of yeast in the nose; quite dry, light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied;lingering hoppy finish with a sweet-malty counterpoint, fruity-yeasty touch in the aftertaste. Fine, aromatic Zwickel...........
