Canned in Guangzhou, Guangdong. Clear pale yellow, small brief head. Aroma of boiled rice and bubblegum esters. Sweetish and thin with clean, somewhat soapy mouthfeel. The peculiar strawberry like bubblegum esters and lack of foul harshness separates it slightly from the mainstream of Chinese industrial lagers.

Canned. Pale yellow colour, mediumsized foamy/fluffy white head. Aroma is malts, rice, some vegetably and eggy notes. Flavour is malts, rice, some strange sweetness as well. Not that much hops in this one...

pale light yellow, wihte head. aroma is sort of faint grassy, faint malty sweet, faint "macro" alc beer. like a stronger macro watered down. flavor is faint sweet, faint malty, quite refreshing but not real much flavor. overall a drinkable beer with no real bad stuff going on,but not much good stuff either. resembles sparkling water a lot.

Can, and a very beutiful can. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has light notes of malt and a skunky brewing cereal note. The flavor is skunky with notes of brewing cereal and a bit of malt, leading to a bitter skunky finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Das früheste Bier Chinas von 1900, Tsingtao gibt’s erst seit 1903. Auch dieses Bier ist kurz zusammen zu fassen: herber Antrunk, muffiger Abgang, sonst nur Wasser. Seit 1900 nichts gelernt. Test vom 16.10.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 10,2,3,2,4,2 - 3,05
