Bottled (from Alko Web!). Black colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is peat smoked wood, some some nutty tones with mild liquorice and some sweetness. Flavour is smoked wet wooden tones with peat, some tar and mild spiciness as well as some mild nutty tones. Alcohol also gives some quite sweet stinging tones to it. Marvellous!

330ml bottle. Jet black colour, no head, just a tan coloured, flimsy ring of tiny bubbles at the bezel. Peaty, smoky and dark, caramel malty aroma, notes of leather, shoe polish, barbecue sauce. Taste is peaty, smoky, roasty dark malty, slightly caramel malty, notes of leather, shoe polish, barbecue sauce, a touch of ashes, dark chocolate, coal dust, old motor oil, nutty undertones; lingering, cloying finish with a very subtle, minimally warming, alcoholic touch. Viscous, oily texture, smooth, soft and silky, slightly cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. Quite peaty but still in balance, well hidden alcohol - wonderful sipper.

Intensiver, süß schokoladiger Antrunk. Torfig, hohe Viskosität. Süß alkoholisch-torfiger Mittelteil, weich, Nuancen von Vanille. Moderat holzig, intensiv, cremig. Würzig malziger Mittelteil, weiterhin intensiv schokoladig, langer Nachgeschmack. Gut! 9/13/10/12/11/12
