Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is fruity hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus, orange peel, some melon, light pine, and a definite floral/perfumed touch. Flavour is moderate sweet with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Nicely fruity west coast-ish IPA, sturdy bitterness, another Frontaal winner.

Can sample, samllish head, cloudy lightish orange, aroma of grapefruit, guava and green shrubs, with just a bit of minerals, grapefruit peel flavor with a hint of onion and a malty backbone balanced by a mellow citrusy bitterness. Very nice and easy to drink.

Can from Frontaal online. Hazy yello, thin, white head. Aroma of peach, mandarin, pineapple, lime, white pepper, breadcrust. Taste has sweetish peach, mandarin, zesty citrus, bitter spices & grapefruit peel over a yeasty base. Floral hoppy, bit peppery-yeasty finish, constant yellow fruit & a very soft alcohol glow. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Textbook zesty IPA.

330ml can @ 6% consumed 10 weeks after packaging. Hazy yellow, good sized frothy head but minor retention. Orange pithy aroma. Grapefruit, orange, pithy, malts in taste. Body and carbonation are fine. Very average IPA but I like this style so it still gets a decent score from me!

White foamy head left a cover on a hazy dark straw coloured still body. Tropical & hoppy aroma. Medium bodied, soft with low carbonation & cloying on the back. Malt, chalk grapefruit, pine & stewed fruit tastes. Decent West Coast style

Random tasting session with myself on 12th Jul 2020. 33cl can from Beer52; BB 6th Jun 2021. This is the 6.0% version. Hazy orange body, not much of a head. Fruity little number with mango and pineapple aroma/flavour.

Hazy IPA by this high profile craft brewery in Breda in the southern Netherlands, from a 33 cl can. Large-bubbled and very irregular, disparately lacing, off-white head breaking open in seconds, and the resulting irregular ring of mousse and flat 'islands' eventually disappear in almost nothing, over a cloudy apricot blonde beer with somewhat khaki tinge. Dank as well as quite tropical aroma of stale mango juice, pomelo, granadilla, diesel, overripe onions, lime flesh, damp earth, egg yolk, hints of pineapple, armpit sweat, potato starch, sourdough, violets. Spritzy, very fruity onset, some yeasty fruitiness (peach, pear) but more fruitiness from the hops (granadilla, mango, starfruit), light pineapple and apricot notes, sweet with a sourish edge, medium carbonated with slight minerally accents; lean, softish mouthfeel, a doughy, bit creamy malt base with cereally core but 'moelleux' edges, drenched in this fruity, juicy hoppiness, citric and tropical, but also quite dank (stale sweat, overripe onion). Ends still very juicy, soft pink grapefruit juice-like with strong remaining mango and granadilla impressions, but the hops also provide a late yet firm bitter note, lingering about on the root of the tongue in a somewhat peppery, leafy way. NEIPA with a slight trace of West Coast grapefruit bitterness, but very NEIPA all the same. Not bad, apart from the lack of head retention - and the fact that I had my share of juice bombs as well as IPA dankness by now; this one combines both. Works fine for what it intends to be - and judging from earlier ratings below, the original bottled version seems to have been quite different...

(Draught at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, 28 Feb 2020) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with grapefruit, tropical fruit, resin and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, dried pineapple, mandarin, pine needles and a balanced citric, piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Really tasty, with a fresh hop character. Very nice.
