Concocted with our friends at Rye and Pint to celebrate the good fortune of Chinese New Year and Australia Day being on the same days in 2020.
Using only Australian malt and infused with 40kg of juicy pineapple goodness, this this playful take on that ever so popular CNY tasty treat is full of pineapple tart sweetness layered on a soft biscuit malt body, leading to a slightly dry, sharp tart finish. Pairs well with snags, lo hei, and sandy feet.
Soft golden yellow in colour, with a slight tinge of juicy haze, tropic like it's hot this Chinese New Year and Australia Day with a pint or two of our refreshing fine-apple goodness.
