33cl bottle from De Bierboom, Brugge, drank at home on 23rd May 2018. Poured into a Chimay chalice the golden beer refused to clear, tiny sediment parts floating around and trying to settle but there was so much of it. Anyway I still enjoyed the beer, the nose was both fruity and yeasty, leaning towards sweet tropical esters rather than citrus lemon and lime aromas. The taste however did have more of a citrus bitterness within the flavour alongside some sweet malty molasses. Pity about the look, it had been settled in my fridge for three days before I carefully opened it.

Little cloudy blond to orange beer, creamy yellowish head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, some citrus, little yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: pretty bitter start, citrus, somewhat fruity, yeast, sweet malts, grapefruit, very nice subtle bitterness playing here. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, grapefruit, citrus, grassy, sweet malts, bit yeasty, hint of banana.
