Seriously the bomb. Have had many many NEIPAs these days but not one as good as this one. Pineapple and grapefruit - huge fruit here Hazy orange pour with good head and lacing. Light green onion in the finish, and a decent note of bitterness usually absent in NEIPAs. Can from Provisions in Northampton.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Julio's Liquors. Appearance is murky orange-yellow with large chunky floaties moving about in fair sparkle like a dirty snow globe, finger-width foamy white head with poor retention and mild leggy lacing. Aroma is lemon and orange citrus, milder grapefruit and tropical fruit. Taste is sweet orange and lemon citrus, tropical fruit, mild grapefruit. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation and dry, crisp mix of sweet citrus and bitter finish. Overall, really nice aroma/flavor and palate and, if I'm reading the canned on date correctly, this is 10 months old! Too bad it really looks like hell, though.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a lasting little bit of white foamy head that receded at a gentle pace. Some messy sliding lace.
The aroma had some fresh piney and citrusy hop bitterness qualities punching a little bit of a light tropical fruit sweetness. Mild grassiness.
The flavor was somewhat sweet but leading into the bitterness gently. Light aftertaste of citrusy to piney hops. Finish was abrupt and bitter.
The palate was almost medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation and ABV both felt fine. Decent bitterness grip along my tongue, acceptable.
Overall, pretty good AIPA that I could come back to.

Can, undated, drunk 3/9/17.
Moderate turbidity with a light, honey-orange color and a flimsy white head atop.
Smells lovely; soft and floral hops mix with light white bread-like malt sugars. With warming it provides juicy tangerine, amngo and honey. No resin and just a bit of grapefruit on the end.
Grapefruit and light pine up front but tons of juice and honey-like maltiness with soft wheat-like textures and low but engaging carbonation. Ends with tons of mango and pineapple but also a bit of sharp/estery simcoe-like resin. Sharpness burns off eventually and you have a very soft, juicy, but still moderately bitter IPA that is very drinkable.

12 oz. shared by Chalumeaux. The beer is a clear copper with a white head of foam. The aroma is tropical fruits and mild herbal hints. Dry, citrus notes come through in the taste. Medium body and medium carbonation. Maybe a touch sweet but still pretty solid overall.
