Birra a bassa fermentazione di color giallo dorato,
i luppoli tedeschi sprigionano un fine ed intenso aroma, nonostante l'amaro sia pronunciato e' caratterizzato da una piacevole rotondità e presenta una certa persistenza anche dopo la bevuta.
Un leggero dry hopping (luppolatura a freddo) di luppoli nobili tedeschi regala piacevoli aromi floreali ed erbacei. Schiuma abbondante con perlage finissimo.
La nostra interpretazione di una birra tanto semplice da bere quanto complicata da produrre.

Can at RJs, prolly from courtesy of the brewery. Meglehetősen decens kis pils, a dobozon az italian pils viszont kissé félrevezető, ugye ez manapság inkább egy IPL-t juttat az ember eszébe, ez pedig jóval kevésbé volt prominens komlókarakter terén.

Draught@TCBW2023. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, some herbal hops and some crisp malty tones too. Flavour is crisp malts, mild bready tones with some herbs, grass and mild lemongrassy tones. Refreshing and very crisp.

Mein letztes Bier von meiner Jahresanfangstour mach Triest Es ist ein nettes Pils 🌻, das nicht zu bitter, aber auch nicht zu einfach ist. Der Körper ist sogar recht schwer und leicht grasig. Das Aromenspiel ist aber fein und macht Freude. Kein klassisches Pils 🍄, aber ein aromatisch ausgeprägtes.

8-4-8-4-16 On tap @ What's Brewing 23, Stavanger. Pours clear pale yellow, with a an enormous creamy head. Aroma is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and heather, as well as floral hops with grass, herbal notes and grassy minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is pilsner malts with white bread, hay and honey, as well as floral hops with herbal notes and grassy minerals. Dry finish. Balanced and brilliant.

Thanks to Jadran and Lara for sharing with Višnja 666 an myself. Unclear golden, small white head. Lightly hoppy, herbal and peppery. Grain and hay also in the aroma. Lightly bitter, good balance, sweet. Medium body, moderate carbonation, dry finish, refreshing.

Clear pale blond colour with lacy head. Plenty of pale malts and a nice rounded, bitter finish. Clean and sessionable.

Op tap bij Borefts '22. Licht goudgele kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, licht hoppig, grassig, bloemig, licht granig, citroenschil, bitter. Lichte body. Prima.
