Can. Burning Sky online. I’m assuming this is v3, but there’s no mention on the can blurb. Anyhow. Soft haze on a pale gold. Fine, lasting, lacing, white head. Nose has Sugar Puff grain. Sweet bready yeast. Some flora and grassy hop. Taste has bready sweetness. Touch of dryness. Light to medium body. Foamy carbonation. Light hop bitterness to finish. Nice enough but just a tad sweet and bready for me.

Can at home. It pours cloudy pale orange with a a foamy white cap. The aroma is quite fragrant, spicy, dried florals, potpourri, melon, cracker, citrus zing, doughy bread, grass and sponge cake. The taste is firmly dry, some crisp citrus upfront, peppery spice, fragrant, dried floral vibes, cracker, bready malt base, minerals, grassy and light earthiness. Finish is nice and dry. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Crisp, rounded and readily consumable.

Keg at the Beer Merchants Tap - Hackney Wick. Pours unclear gold with a small, fluffy white head. Very clean and well rounded, with notes of cracked wheat, lemon peel, soft grass, straw, restrained yeast. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light grassy bitterness in the finish, more straw, nips of melon as well. Solid.

Keg at the beer merchants tap. A translucent golden orange coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is nice delicate floral, citrus, honeysuckle, wheat. Flavour is composed of grain husks, wheat, light lemon, floral citrus, mellow Belgian yeast. Palate is semi sweet, light grains, semi crisp in the finish. Moderate carbonation. Good chugging.

Pretty cloudy blond beer, small creamy off-white to yellowish head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, lots of grains, hay, cow fodder, unripe banana, yeasty, barn yard, some coriander, more banana. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very yeasty, some banana, bit watery, spicy, herbal, pretty bitter, not getting any citrus notes as described on the tap list. Aftertaste: some yeast, banana, wheat impression, pretty bitter, bit metallic, hay.
