Bianca Rd taproom. Keg. Light haze on this gold beer, small white head. Light crisp palate, fairly dry. Thin malts, light creamy sweetness. Light fruity ginger and modestly bitter cinnamon. Underpinned by a light vanilla. Dry bitterish finish. Not bad. Different.

The cinnamon and ginger did really fit very well in this one. At least in my world. Fine balance. Not to much of anything. Fine hazed golden pour with a nice head. Ok lacing. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Not to hard to detect the cinnamon. Balanced sweetness and bitterness. Semi dry and a fine tail. Cinnamon, ginger, citric, mild lactic and fruity flavor. Keg at London Beer Lab. A clear mid gol coloured pour with a stixky white head. Aroma is big spicy, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, Base malts, spicy cinnamon, woody notes, bready grains. Palate is semi sweet, drying finish, tannin.. Meh.

4/I/19 - on tap @ The Rake (London), BB: n/a - (2019-22) Thanks to Thirstybird for sharing today's beers!
Clear blond to light orange beer, small creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: ginger, spicy, ripe fruits, bit dirty, some puke, sourish, weird… MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit floral, sweetish, spicy, cloves, some ginger beer. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, spicy, more cloves, not a big van of this stuff…
