North Caicos has been affectionally known by Turks Islanders as "The Garden", thanks to its fertile farm lands. Local sailors would make the trip between islands trading their catch for fruits and vegetables before receiving regular supplies from the mainland.

12 oz. bottle purchased on Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos Islands. Pours a clear dark amber color with a large beige head and great retention. Decent lacing. Light caramel aroma. Caramel malt flavor dominates, lightly sweet. Clean and smooth mouthfeel. No bitterness. Easily repeatable. The 6.0% ABV is well hidden.

355mL bottle, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out bright vegetables, herbal notes, and bready malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of vegetal notes, bready malt, and caramel. Bit too vegetal, with a caramely finish. Inoffensive, but not pleasant.

Golden-amber, bright. Just a thin head. This has a lot of caramel on the nose. A bit of earthy hop. Just a light body, fairly sweet, and caramelly.

Thanks to Benzai! Bottle sampled @ ZZT 2017. Amber orange. Nose is surprisingly okay, caramel, sugar, almost hop oil, toffee, mild but agreeable sweetness,… Taste however far too weak, empty oily orange peel, almost watery, poor plastic,…. Too bad about the poor taste, very weak but a lot better than most country ticks.
