Keg at the Moor vaults bermondsey. A deep reddy amber coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is Salted caramel, sticky toffee, earthy toasted grains. Mellow jammy fruits on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, woody brown sugars, brandy snap sugars, salt, caramel, dried fruits, raisin. Palate is medium full and luscious, oily, moderate carbonation,. Good. Some mellow boozy fruit cake in the finish.
