(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 22 Oct 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of bread, herbs and citrus. Malty, spicy taste with herbs, bread, hay, citrus and a gentle spicy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Little cloudy pale blond to light yellow beer, creamy dense white head, stable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty spicy, coriander, lots of malts, grains, crackers, cow fodder, some sulphur. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: malty start, gentle bitterness, grains, some cow fodder, spicy, coriander. Aftertaste: little soapy, malty, hay, soft bitterness, pretty dry, spicy finish, some coriander, slightly fruity, some sulphur noticeable.
