Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is seabuckthorn, wheat, funky yoghurt. Taste is the same, very refreshing, very drinkable. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good stuff!

750ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Funky yeasty, minimally fruity aroma, brett-like funkyness, rather unspecifi fruitiness. Taste is sour, dry funky yeasty, slightly lactic, rather unspecific fruitiness, hints of unripe yellow stone fruit, yellow berries. lactic and bretty aspects, a touch of sauerkraut.

Bottle. Color: Hazy yellow-orange, white head. Aroma: Funky, fruity, floral. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, fruity and floral, subtle funk. Fruity subtle citrus, berries, seabuckthorn I presume. Also some conifer. Just under medium body, below average carbonation. Slightly salty, mineral hints.

Süffiger, angenehm säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, mehr nach Lambik als Berliner Weisse. Frisch, hell holzig, Nuancen von Kräutern. Minimal fruchtig, die Säure bleibt konstant, hohe Süffigkeit. Geringfügig herb, ledrig, langer säuerlicher Nachgeschmack. 10/13/13/12/11/13

Many thanks to Kappldav123 for sharing! Very nice and easy sourness. Smooth mild. Easy to drink, soft sour with fruity sourness. Astringence of the seabuck thorn on the tongue. Fruity mild fresh deep aftertaste.

Bottle. A hazy dark golden beer. Aroma of dry sourish apples, yeast, yellow fruits. Taste of sour apples, apple pie, citrus, yeast, lacto.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice small head. Mild sourish aroma. Starts fine sourish, fruity like lemon, some spicy-grasy notes as well. Salty hints. Mild bitter background. Finish well balanced, mild sourish-salty. Nice one!

25-11-19 // tap at Hopfenreich Unclear golden. White head. Mild lacto brett nose. Very tart with a minimal subtle fruitiness along it. Brett is present. The seabuckthorn is there but not to prominent.

750 ml bottle from the brewery. Nose is big citrus, bretty yeast, a bit of funk from the sea buckthorn I think. Tart and bretty, horse blanket is light, a bit of vegetal stuff from the berries, nice, bright acidity. This could have aged a bit more to make it even funkier, but still good.
