Gezapft im BrewDog Mitte. Hervorragende Weiße. Balanciert zwischen Sauer aber sanft. Trüber gelber Körper mit wenig Schaum. Aroma: Sauer, Milchsäure, etwas Essig, Joghurt. Geschmack: Sauer, aber moderate Fruchtigkeit.

A clean but not sterile Berliner - just the right balance of lacto and yeast malts, some buckthorn maybe but really does not stand out. Acidity right, body is big enough. Well done and pretty much within classic boundaries.

Little cloudy yellow beer, no head. Aroma: very herbal, floral, bit funky, weird. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic, fruity, berries, spicy, herbal. Aftertaste: slightly smoky, acidic, lemony, bit fruity, good!
