28 April 2019. At Zythos Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, 77ships & tderoeck! Hazy yellow, lasting, thin, frothy, white head. Aroma of lactic acid, milk, expired yoghurt, yeast, unripe apple & apricot. Taste is medium fruity sour, young apple & apricot with milky & yoghurty accents, sweetish bready maltiness, hoppy bitter tones of grass, spices, yeast, bit of a weird onion, vegetable & green olive note. Dry, grassy, resinous hoppy finish, lingering grapefruit peel, yeast, lactic acid. Slightly weird combination but still okay.

28/IV/19 - sample @ Zythos Bierfestival 2019 (Leuven), BB: n/a - (2019-636) Thanks to nathanvc, 77ships & Anke for sharing today's beers!
Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: soapy, funky, some artificial brett notes (from a package), some lavender. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: super bitter start, very dry, mouth puckering bitterness, floral and soapy impressions abide. Aftertaste: more funky brett coming through, super bitter and dry finish. Too bitter for me, and a weird soapy flavour that I don't like.
