Clear orange beer, creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, very classic German impression, cow fodder, grains. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, grains, bitter touch, cow fodder, sweet touch. Aftertaste: fruity notes, nice, bitter, a bit grassy, gentle bitterness, nice, very decent Helles, appreciate this one a lot for what it is!

Keg at BRLO taproom, Berlin, 11/07/19. Lightly hazed golden with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, grass, grains, light floral notes. Taste comprises corn husk, toasted grains, pale malts, light citrus zest, dusty straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.

@home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Clear pale to medium golden colour, good stable frothy head, good lacing. Aroma pilsner malt, grain, hay. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, touch of lemon, hay. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, short dry sweetbitter aftertaste, refreshing and clean helles, very nice.

33cl bottle from Honest Brew Medium off white head. Hazy golden pour. Easy drinking but not very complex.

Many thanks for this classic German beer to my Uncle from Essen. piwo ma srednia piane, ale trwala, barwa jasna jak to helles, klarowne, jesli chodzi o ten styl dolnofermentacyjny to dobrze nachmielone, podobnie i w tym jest az 4 rodzaje zielonych potworow. pijalne, lekkie, do gotowanej i smazonej rybki w sam raz.

Bottle @ BRLO Chicken & Beer, Berlin. Pours almost clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, grain, light hay, light fruit. Flavor is light sweet, mildly bitter, malt, grain, hay, hints of bitter citru. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 280720

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden with a lacing, white head. Somewhat perfumy nose, tangerine or red grapefruit. Medium body, a very dry maltiness with a slightly bitter finish. Very clean and neat with high drinkability. 230720

Frothy white head on a deep gold body. Mild aroma that’s a mix of lemons, herbs and bubblegum. Taste is mild to empty on a slightly watery palate, with a mix of very mild bubblegum sweetness and herbal bitterness at the end. Clean feel, refreshing, but not much to it.
