The first beer which we launched in 2014. A showcase of contemporary brewing meets classic. Golden, unfiltered, and ever so slightly more hopped than a typical Helles. Our thirst quencher is designed to be well balanced, without being devoid of personality.

Malty grainy fresh but sweetish. Round but grainy. Not much bitterness in the aftertaste. Fresh. No depth. Easy to drink but not too much aroma.

Bottle:Golden, clear, rapidly collapsing loose white head; bready-malty nose with a tannic touch; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, malty base barely detectable, light bodied; slightly lingering, more malty than hoppy, finish. Where are the - on the label - promised noble hops? Just anothe brew from a quite spare new "Brauprojekt"…

0,33 l bottle bought at an local bottle shop. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grain and sweet malty on the nose. Starts with malt and a real hopy taste. Caramell in the middle part. Ends with a lot of hop for a Helles.

(Draught at Kaschk, Berlin, 17 July 2015) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, grass and a touch of citrus. Malty, slightly fruity taste with notes of bread, grass, a touch of citrus and a gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a slight malt sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite enjoyable.
