Unser Bitburger Winterbock ist ein helles Bockbier, verfeinert mit Bitburger Siegelhopfen und Aromahopfen Callista. Es ist süffig-kräftig im Geschmack und somit ideal geeignet für den Biergenuss zur Winterzeit. Mild-fruchtig im Antrunk entfaltet sich die intensive Malzsüße angenehm-gehaltvoll und wird harmonisch von einer feinen Hopfenbittere begleitet, bevor sie wohlig-warm am Gaumen ausklingt. Mit seinem Duft nach Waldhonig und reifen Nektarinen sorgt unser Bitburger Winterbock für eine genussvolle Winterzeit.

Pours a fairly clear, slightly darker blonde. Rather sweet, mild hoppy notes. Malty. Medium drinkability, body. Medium low carbo. Decent.

Clear yellow/amber pour with a stable white head. Aromas of malt, lemon, marmalade. Taste is similar. Wellrounded - quite a decent bock.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is floral with sweetish malt and notes of ripe fruit marmalade. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Floral, bit fruity with a mildly sticky sweetness. Pleasant.
