Pour at Zwanze Day 2024. Golden pour, light haze, small bubbly white head. Soft biscuity aroma, bready. Taste is malty, grainy, smooth with a little sweetness. Tiny bitter bite at the finish. Silky.

Bottle. Pours clear golden, small off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is floral, orange. Grapefruit, hints of caramel. Light plus sweet, light plus bitter. Light body.

55cl bottle from Auchan Market in Luxembourg. Head is big, egg-white, good retention. Colour is amber, hazy. Aroma is malty, nice orange, spicy, caramel. Taste is full malty base, caramel, orange, tangerine, herbal spicy, long lasting bitterness, vinous touch, bready, medium carbonation, nice balanced with a lot of Sorachi Ace charakter, fully enjoyed.

Tap at True Brew, Mito. Golden coloured with small white head. Aroma is Sorachi Ace stinky, dairy and chive. Lots of fruitiness, orange, bit of pineapple, more citrus. Taste is Sorachi Ace bubblegum sweetness, with slightly bitter finish. Nice and prickly in the mouth, medium carbonation. Nice and crisp. Very nice.

Hazy amber, sticky ivory head with good lacing. Yummy fruity sticky honey caramel malts - like a baby Fuller's Vintage, some nice herbal hops not exactly dill, more like dried parsley or celery leafs. Nice. The taste is sweet - but in a nice honey caramel way. Some alcohol spice, but minimal. Spicy herbal bitterness, yet feels a bit tired (it's a bit past its BB date, after all). Yep, a nice malty brew.

On tap at Kiuchi tap, Mito station, Ibaraki, Japan. A dark orange/amber coloured pour with a thin off white head on top. Malty, caramel, dark fruit aroma. Tastes malty, caramel, dark fruit, spice, sweet. Very nice.

550 ml. bottle split by 2 @ Taptap – Tallinn post TCBW 2018. Amber orange, creamy white. Nose is wonderful mix of caramel & Sorachi Ace cheese. Taste I cheese, caramel, thick Sorachi Ace creamy with caramel, thick hay, massively thick, delicious, loved it.

550ml bottle from Alko. Poured deep golden color with a thick lasting white head. Aroma has malts and dill. Spicy, sweet dark fruits with Sorachi Ace noticeable. Long and sweet finish.

550ml bottle. Amber coloured with a subtle haze, frothy beige head. Aroma is herbal, lemongrass, citrus fruits. Taste is the same, herbal and citrus fruits, lemongrass, lemon, malt, mild spiciness, dried fruit, bitter finish. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel, average carbonation.
