Waxed capped 750 from the Portland venue. Pours dark brn/blk with a decent creamy darkish tan head. Aroma of treacle, chocolate, coffee and more. Not dry but treacle rather than sugar sweet. Bitter from coffee and dark malt. Superb.

Tasting at Salesforce, bottle; 2019 reserve
Black colour, large brown head. Dark chocolate, some burnt wood, with a touch of spice; the barrel is not very powerful, but adds a dimension.
Very good.

22 oz. bottle, pours jet black with a medium brown head. Aroma is loaded with port barrels upfront, followed by molasses and a touch of liquorice. Flavour is loaded with port barrels, followed by booze, burnt molasses, and roasted malt. Loads of port and booze, but quite deep and complex. Hot but delicious.

On Tap Black pour with a thin wispy tan head. Lots of coffee and roast. in the aroams and flavors. Don't get much barrelness on this one. Nice lingering roasty bite.

Waxed bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours very dark brn/blk with a foamy/creamy dark tan/brown head. Aroma of red berry and burnt/toasted malt. Full bodied. Flavor is burnt malt, red berry, vinous, wood, light heat, chocolate and spice - arguably that's astringency or tannins from the wood. Not dry but far from sticky. Bitter, arguably from the burnt malt. Upon reflection there's a deal of port in this. Very good stuff.
