330mL bottle, pours a clear straw yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of straw and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is loaded with cereal malt, crisp crackery malt, some straw and even a touch of hoppiness. For a kolsch, this is as full and complex as it gets. Excellent example of the style.

341 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with full head. Aromas of grain and candied citrus. Flavors of grain and toasted malts with earthy fruit.

341 ml bottle from a bottle shop in the neighbourhod of the brewery. They don´t sell their own bottles at the brew pub. Clear golden in the glass. Big frothy white head. Some grain and malt, little bit musty sourness on the nose. Taste ist grainy, dry, hints of citrus, increasing grainy mid bitterness in the second part. Sorry, but Kölsch is a medicore stuff, like at home in Germany.

Draft at the source. Pours a clear straw color with a white head. Aroma of grains and hay. Taste is light malt, grains, grass, floral notes, lemon notes. Refreshing.

Pours a clean light-golden colour with a frothy white head, average retention and lots of foamy lacing. Grassy aromas of hops with some light grain and citrus hints. The herbal hops take over the grain malts in the taste as well. Decent bitterness, mild dryness. A hoppier kind of Kölsch.

Bouteille 341ml. Couleur dorée pâle translucide, mousse blanche ayant une bonne tenue et laissant une fine dentelle. Arôme de houblon herbal, malt, pain frais. Goût de malt pâle, houblon herbal, amertume moyenne-élevée persistante, céréales. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen.
