In june 2018, we brewed this international gruit ale with our friends from Altbrau, Bretty Fingers, Nevel artisanal ales and Brauerei Kemker. We used a bit of hops early in the brew, and then infused the wort in the coolship with myrica gale, bedstraw, hogweed and bay laurel. Bottled October 2019.

Golden colour, white foam. Very complex nose. Citrus, lemony along with herbal notes. Taste is fruity (some rhubarb, citrus) and herbal. Very well balanced. Again a great one!

Vürtsikas, hapukas, mõru, puuviljane, herbaalne, õunane, lilleline. Väga hea, aga ma ütleks, et äkki tahab veel seista - hetkel üritab nagu minna paljudesse eri suundadesse.

Yesterday. Another hugely balanced wild and sour saison from Antidoot. Balanced acidity and damn easy to drink. Herbs are clearly there but by some miracle manages to stay balanced. Also an amazing pairing with the food.

It's like drinking my own Gruuthuse beer, but with more depth, character and eh... Fuller taste.😅. But hey, I'm no competition.

Pours a bit unclear, amber. Small, stable white head. Smell is spiced ( herbs ) , complex and refined. Bit to herbal for my taste. Taste is sharp, tart, but very mild. very herbal, but much more in balance than expected from the scent. Actually pretty damn drinkable !

Flaska från Antidoot, 2019. Något mörkare guldig med vit krona. Kryddigt och örtigt med främst pors i förgrunden. Toner av jenka, tuggummi, gran, citrus och citrusskal/zest och björk. Skogiga toner med fin sötma. Mjuk kolsyra och en mellanstor, mjuk kropp. Gott!

Dziwne te ziolka. Fajna slomiana dzikosc. Lekko cierpkie. Lekko jeszcze slodkawe. Te ziolka to jakas dziena mieszanka z tymiankiem? Wynalazek. Bdb, ale tez nie do konca orgazm
