Bottle, one of four brought back from VT. This is the last one and I’m not sure why I’ve not rated it yet. Anyhoo. Soft haze on lemon juice yellow. Swirly bright white foam stays the course. Good looker. Nose has sweet lemon. Sweaty brett. Wheat. Dry white grape skin. Touch of fusty oak. Brine. Mineral. Taste is a little sweet, with a light tart, mineraly lemon peel bitterness. Smooth and clean mouthfeel. Soft foamy carbonation. Nicely tart bitterness to finish. Shit hot.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is funk, mineral, wheat, citrus. Slick body, grass, citrus, oak, brett, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

[ As Hill Farmstead Civil Disobedience (Release 27) ].
ABV: 6.0%. Hazy light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, white head. Aroma is funky, peach - pineapple - citrus, grapes, wheat, light minerals. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a average to long duration, citrus, peach, grapes, minerals - wheat, funk - barrel - oak. IMO: elegant and very balanced. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200208]
