IPA with classic American hops, where you can taste the flavor of pure citrus.
This here is Sompa, for example. Samoe Opasnoe Mesto Posle Ameriki (the most dangerous place besides America). Big boys with real knives are playing indians and cowboys and everyone is out for themselves. Because when thrown to the wolves, there are two options – to stay in the woods or return leading the pack. We like it wild.

Sampled draft @ TCBW 2018. Golden, clear white. Nose is cheese, tropical, hop oil, hay. Nice clean cheese, pine, lingering hay, low caramel, good cheesy hop, faint butter though.

33cl bottle at Purtse Kindlus, Purtse. Pours clear amber with a modest, lasting head. Solid hoppy aroma with piney and fruity notes, caramel and hints of herbs. Moderate to medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Fairly balanced and enjoyable IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of Metsik Ida on 07 Jan 2018 at 14:25 - Score: 7

Bottled 330ml (Uba ja Humal)
Hazy orange color, small off-white head and lace. Kind of carboardish citrus aroma with light peach fruityness. Medium-bodied. Orange jam, citrus in the flavor. Fruity-hoppy. Clean but also clinic, has some kind of homebrew vibe.

Tap at st. Vitus. Pours dark amber with beige head. Aroma is hoppy, caramel, citrus, burnt sugar. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, citrus, malt, sugar, slight butter. Finish is citric bitter and sugar. Overall: too sweet, but drinkable. Rather similar to eksperimentaal iii, but seems less hoppy.
