THE BAR JUST GOT RAISED. 18-WATT, the Session IPA that raised expectation on what a 5% ABV brew could be just got even more intense with a second dry-hop for just plain MOAR.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a hazy gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Big Citra focused nose with pinapple, stone fruit and dank underneath. Not as watery as a lot of session IPAs, but definitely still a session IPA. More pineapple, spritzy carbonation. Light dank and pine on the finish.

16 ounce can. Murky orange tan color. Small bubbly beige head. Faint sweet tropical fruit nose. Tangy bready malt flavor. Notes of dank citrus and pine. Bitter, spicy and fruity. Bold, brash and complex.

Pours a hazy dark amber from a can. Nice mix of melon, citrus and menthol. Very good beer.

16 oz. can from a four pack purchase at Ball Square Liquors, Somerville, MA. Appearance is a murky orange juice color, white head, solid lacing. Aroma is just great; pine, earthiness and a whiff of citrus. Flavor has a steady amount of grapefruit rind with, pine, and a touch of grass. The body is light with a effervescent feel. God this is just wonderful. A ton of flavor for a 5 % session that has bitterness but still shows a lot of juice.
