Bottle at Modeste 2017. Bottle 17/18 . Pours clear, dark brown. Not much head. Smell is sharp, rather intense chili. taste is rather intense peppers, quite a bit of heat, but no overkill. Decent body and carbo. Finding the outher barriers of the delicate balance of spicyness.

Thanksl! Sampled bottle @ Modeste 2017. 21 bottles made. Dark brown amber, tanned head. Nose is interesting coffee grounds, almost spiked, pine tree, low empty. Lightly fizzy, bit thin bodied. Body is not optimal but interesting coffee grounds, powdery low chocolate, spices, interesting spice, overripe cherry, messy & not the ideal body but pretty interesting, my favourite so far from these guys. Interesting one even if I didn’t really get the chilli but I suppose it added the interesting spice notes but no heat for me.
