Our twist on a classic Belgian Witbier-- mashed with 50% raw wheat plus chamomile, coriander, & orange peel in the kettle. Then we "dry hopped" it with Middle eastern black (loomi) limes after fermentation... creamy with a hint of tartness and salinity, we get notes of lemon-lime Gatorade, sea breeze, and childhood powdered iced tea mix.

On tap at O.T., pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle lime upfront, with a touch of coriander. Flavour is citrusy and bright, with orange peel, coriander and a little lime. Bright and fresh. Solid stuff.

473ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with a small, creamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Aroma of lime, grainy wheat and floral. Sweet flavour of lime, grainy wheat, coriander, faint orange peel and floral in a dry, slightly salty finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable. Would be a good summer beer on the patio.

Clear gold with almost head. Black pepper and esters. Pepper and dirty wheat notes.
