Can @ fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are green apples, little tart, some sugar, fruits and has a nice light sour finish.

Can @ Fonefan tasting. Clear very pale golden without head. Aroma is sweet, apple skin and a bit sugary. Flavor is medium sweet. Dry finish. 071023

Panda at home, big thanks to Graham Grumbo, 17/09/23. Pale yellow with a white cap that dissipates edgewards. Nose is apple skins, grass, herb, straw. Taste comprises bitter sweet cooking apple, herb, hedgerow, grass. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Passable cider but beats the usual pale logger for a country tick!

355ml can courtesy of Grumbo, many thanks Graham! My cider rating #3500. Clear pale golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of green apple, fleshy, fruit. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, green apples, sugary, and tart with some malic acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet & drying acidic apple-y finish. Quite OK

15/5/2023. Draft at Drop Off Bar & Grill, Malakal Island, Koror, Palau. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of green apples, sulphur, apple tangfastic, apple pie hints. Taste has sharp sours, moderate sweetness, more apple tangfastic. Moderate body, spritzy carbonation. Tart sulphuric finish. Not bad.

Very, VERY pale yellow- nearly clear. No head. Quite fizzy. Green apple, light apple skin, sulfur. Dry and tart. The sulfur comes off a bit harsh but overall this is a pretty solid cider, considering where it's created. When quite chilled, it is about as refreshing as it gets on a hot Palau afternoon.
