Clear blond to light orange beer, lots of bubbles forming in the glass, big fizzy aery bit irregular white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: rather fruity, lots of citrus, some tangerines, malty, grains, caramel, sweetish impression. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty bitter start, citrus, some grapefruit, pineapple, bit grassy, some caramel. Aftertaste: very bitter and dry, fruity notes, citrus, resinous, grapefruit peel, very nice!

330 ml. bottle. BBF 08/11/2018. Hazy citrus, small white head. Nose is big time fruit sweet citrus, lots of juicy tangerines,… Tasty is dry reminiscent o some of their saison’s, dry chalky, low paper, lingering chalky feel that coats your mouth but pleasant low soap tangerine juicy quality. Fruit gives it an almost juicy New World hop quality, lingering dry chalk, basic but tasty, juicy, dryness helps it. Far better than expected.

Draft @ Ermitage Taproom. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est fruité, belle note d'agrumes, tropical léger avec petit effet de mandarine, bouquet est frais avec un léger grains en rétro-nasal. Palais est sec grains, léger en amertume avec un petit côté herbacé, herbacé et un léger effet de mandarine qui perce en fin de bouche. Petite pointe épicée sur la fin qui rejoint le côté grains.
