[355ml can from the Beer52 online store.] An amber pour with a billowing white head; piney aroma; thick and smooth in the mouth with a sweet grainy body and a gentle piney bitterness; then a lingering finish with pine resin and honey. An excellent West Coast style IPA.

Amber with a creamy, white head. Orange juice aroma. Light resin. Subtle caramel. Taste is bitter the whole way through. Dry with a faint warmth at the end. Good.

On tap at Man in the Moon. Dark golden with a small white head. Sweetish with hops, some grapefruit and pineapple. Fairly soft and easy to drink.

On tap at king crab Chicago. Malty, hefty, old school feel.. in a good way I guess. Almost has a nitro muted feel. Forgetso.

Popping the tab gives a nice big, fresh citrus and slight pine nose from hops. The beer is golden and quite hazy, lots of floaty particles. There's a fluffy white head that settles out pretty quickly after the pour is done. The taste has more of those hops in the front. More resin in the lead, followed closely by citrus. There's a bit of a floral note, too, so there may be some hops at work besides the usual Cascade and Citra. The strong malt is present in a golden ale backing and in some sticky beer on the lips. There's a bitter, but easy aftertaste that sticks around for a few minutes past the last swallow. It's a good strong-tasting beer. Plenty of APA hops, but they do not overstay their welcome. It took a few months for Temperance to dial in the kinds of beers they wanted, but now this is one of their better efforts.
