Hazy golden with a white head. Has all the hallmarks of a classic saison but misses the mark on proper balance. Peppery, hay, yeast, a bit of bread malt. Medium, effervescent body. Decent but needs some polishing.

Bottle from On the Fly. Really pleased with this outing, hits all the marks for the style. Orange golden body with soft, creamy head. Aroma is yeast and grass. Taste again featured the yeast with some mild spicy, savory accents. Perfect body as well.

On Tap at Growler Guys, Meridian. Slightly hazy deep golden. Dense white fine head and thick sheets of lacing. Classic frensh farmhouse yeast aromas. Sort of a heavy body, and a strange soapiness at the end. Just OK

On tap at growler guys meridian. pours out a hazy gold topped with a white head. nose is light pineapple bread malts spice. Taste is more of the light grapefruit hops a cereal malt and a little bitterness on the end.
