We’ve dialed in this craft pilsner with a crisp bitterness that balances gentle hop aromatics of citrus rind and fresh cut flowers.

Canned. Tasted skunked and definitely not amazing. A disappointment really from normally reliable.

Draft in SLC. Clear golden pour, thin skin of white head. Biscuity aroma, bready. Taste brings a hops bite, forgetting all about the malt bill. Bitterness up front, faint grainy notes in the background.

On tap at the SLC airport location. Pours a clear park gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of straw and light grain with touches of hay and grass supporting. Flavor has a combination of straw, hay and light grain with a bit of grass backing.

Perfectly acceptable pilsner, bright and grassy with a firm floral bitterness on the back end. Nothing spectacular, but you don’t really expect spectacular with a pils, so I’m content.

Light gold color in a tall pint thistle. A light Lauer if gypsum doggedly clings to its duty. Smell is crisp and just a little sweet, with light malts and just a bit of Noble hop. Taste is clean, perhaps a little too cold to enjoy properly, my first note I’d of sweet cherry. The next taste brings that slight sodium note from soft water. After just a few ounces of Koko Krispy, this is filling me up more than I thought it would. maybe I can’t say what makes a pilsner stand out, because it’s a rather doctrinaire style, but I can at least call this better than average and technically well done.

12 oz can. Clear pale yellow pour with a tight white head and good retention. Very good lacing. Crisp, clean and smooth mouthfeel. Light body. Mild grassy finish. Very drinkable.

Golden with a white head. Very clean malt profile letting the crisp hops shine thru. Not that there is a lot of a hop profile but that the crisp hop bite is able to be the main player. Very refreshing. Solid.
