Crisp refreshing natural hard apple cider. Crisp over ice. A classically styled, but untraditional hard apple cider. Fruit forward, with a fresh, crunchy appley nose and a deliciously creamy, refreshingly crisp mouth feel.

On tap at The Pub (great place) in downtown Louisville at Fourth Street Live and from bottle. Pours a bright crystal clear pale yellow with small bright white head (on top surface around edge of the glass) that dissapates quickly. Aroma is apple and taste is fresh sweet slightly earthy apple with a hint of creamyness. Refreshing.

Sampled on draft at the World Beer Festival Richmond, 6/12/10. Pours a pale slightly hazy yellow color with nearly no head. Aroma of fresh, tart and slightly earthy apples. The taste is tart apples with a sweet finish. Medium bodied, light and refreshing.

bottle from Old Crown in Ft Wayne - I refused the ice that was offered. Pours clear, pale yellow-green and has a very nice green apple aroma. The flavor is lightly sweet green apples with a bit of dryness in the finish, but mostly it’s just light bodied and refreshing. Pretty good.

Green apple and pear nose. Clear champagne color and effervescene. Tart apple flavor, clean. Granny smith-ish, without being overly sour. Well done.

Bottle. Clear gold and not as pale of a pour as the light. Slightly darker than the Brut as well. Dry, slightly perfumey. A bit sweet. Crisp aroma. Flavor is dry, nearly pear. Taste is quite watered down. Thank god it is not back sweetened to within an inch of its life! Slight tannic and twangy. Not horrible. Dry, small, lively bubbles.

A little more apple flavor and aroma than the Brut. A little sweeter. Clear again. Simple, but drinkable. Refreshing.
