On draft at the brew pub it is a dark brown beer with a slight head the aroma is of chocolate and the taste is bitter roasted coffee with a strong bitter chocolate aftertaste

On draft at the brewery in Kill Devil Hills NC. Pours black with a tan head. Toasted malt nose. Flavors if coffee and cocoa. Smoot mouthfeel. Slightly bitter finish.

Dark with a creamy beige head. Light roasted malts, some chocolate, light berries, oatmeal, and a nice sourness in the aroma. Flavor is along the same lines with some earthiness to it, too. Has a nice toasted and sour finish as a porter should. An easy drinking porter that I could dig in to for the long haul.
