This one pours from 500ml bottle a clear medium gold with a medium size head of foam that shrinks slowly leaving a fine layer and there's lots of lacing.
The smell is delicate. I note some citrus(mostly lemon) and some malt.
The taste is nice. The flavour is a blance of citrusy hops and seet malt with the hops *just* having the edge. There's also some fruitness and a touch of sour in there but they sit mostly in the background. The finish has a nice lingering lemony flavour that leaves you wanting more.
Bottom line: A very tasty Ale and at 4.2%abv, it is a great session beer. Good stuff.

500 mL bottle poured. A pale golden, slight haze pour. Tons of foam head and lacing. Bottle brought back from Scotland, though unfortunately I wasn't the one who was there to bring it back. Aroma is a nice balance of malt and citrus like character. Refreshing. Malt fronted flavor. Light beer, but plenty of flavor. Love the citrus going on. Very fun try.

Clear golden colour, little head. Very citrusy, lemon and maybe even orange there, which makes it very refreshing in the nose. Maybe a bit yeasty and sulphury. Flavour is bitter and citrusy, also a bit acidic and astringent, maybe some artificial lemon taste. Not bad but not great.

Cask at Weatherspoons, Eastbounrne. A very yummy golden ale, has more flavour in bottle I think but feels very homely in cask.

Cask at the SixBells, Cambridge. Mid- to dark gold, with a small pool of loose white head. Decent amount of lacing. Grapefruit, grass, a bit of butterscotch. Nicely bitter taste, not much to it but pleasant enough. Full body for the ABV. Massive bitter finish and long aftertaste, with some woody astringency right at the end. Simple and not one to remember but decent enough.

Lys brun klar med to fingre høyt hvitt skum. Lukter fløtekaramell og honning. Lett. Søtlig karamell i smak. Rene fine smaker. Svært lett og kort bitterhet i avslutningen.
