(Draught at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 16 Feb 2020) Hazy amber colour with creamy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with citrus, apricots and passion-fruit. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, apricots, lemon, coriander, elderflowers and a salty and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tasty and well made gose, with lemon and elderflower balancing the salt nicely. Very nice.

Drucken på fat på De Klomp, Linköping. En lite stram, grönt omogen gose med citrus, krusbär, fläder i smakbilden. Uppfriskande men lite mycket karaktär av omogna bär.

Aroma of lemon, moderate elderflowers, orange, flowers.
Tastes similar, a bit salty, slightly sour.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes moderate sour, medium salty, fresh, lemony, floral, fruity.

Nice one. Very fresh and easy drinking, with lovely lemony notes and a crisp sour- and saltiness. Perfect beer on a hot, sunny day.

Keg at Katarina Ölkafé, Stockholm. Cloudy pale golden, mid sized head. Tart nose with lemon and elderflowers. Tart with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Elderflower lemonade with mild citric tartness. Low bitterness. Refreshing.
