Taster. Dark red, pinkish foam. Aroma: sour cherries, dried cherries, vinegar, sour, interesting, good. Sour taste, cherries with light sweetness, dried cherries, a little vinegar and bretts, not bad.

Bottle from the Harbour brewery online shop. Pours deep red with a short-lived pink head. Aromas of cherry, almonds, light acidic sourness. Taste is sharp sour, brett funk, cherry. Dry finish.

375ml bottle. Pours deep pinky purple with a thin head. Aroma is tart cherry. Taste has sweet and very sour cherry throughout. A bit one sided but a cracking drop.

Bottle. Deep, blood-red body with a big, solid pink head. Nice aroma of cherry, almond, mild acid and some cellar notes. Nice taste of acidic fruit, almond, wood, vinegar and pleasant funk. Fine body and same aftertaste. Quite one-dimensional but very nice as it is.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Daniel, 16/01/20. Lightly hazed cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tarte cherry skins, wood must, funk, damp hay, grass, dried berry fruits. Taste comprises cherry stones, vinous twang, berry yoghurt, farmyard bite, funk, dry rot, dusty berries. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Solid work.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Vinous sharp cherry aroma. Opaque ruby. Creamy translucent white head soon fades. Very sour. Almost a salty edge to it. Traces of fruitiness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Very dry astringent finish.
